Trained as a Social Worker (BSW, UNSW) & Adult Psychotherapist (Grad.Dip Adult Psych, ANZAP) - I have over 25 years of experience incorporating Counselling, Psychotherapy, Project Management and Education across the Public & Community Health, Veteran’s Health, Independent Practice, and Higher Education sectors.
As an AASW accredited Mental Health Social Worker - I am a registered Medicare and DVA Service Provider. I follow the AASW code of ethics in my practice and am committed to ongoing professional development and learning.
Consultancy - Coaching Qualification
In addition to my Counselling & Psychotherapy qualifications - I also hold a Masters in Organisational Dynamics/Development - M.App.Sci (Innovation & Service Management, RMIT). Action Research and Systems - Psychodynamics inform interventions. These models provide helpful perspectives about enhancing workplace relationships, and positively influence organisational change and professional group environments.

Therapy Approaches
I generally recommend meeting with people to undertake a 2-session assessment discussion. This provides us with the opportunity to get an overview of presenting issues and relevant bits of history, see how we feel about working together, and then consider helpful options for moving forward.
